The main objective of the mission was to achieve a secure, modernized and flexible way of working that would help Eyesec save time and securely access its information everywhere.
Eyesec Larmteknik was founded in 2000 and has since its inception worked with both installation, design and service of alarms. This means that most of the company’s employees have an extensive need for movement and flexibility – as they often have to travel from one customer to another. Employees previously had to go past the office to access information needed between installations and service work. A detour that was time-consuming.
By acquiring a new cloud-based infrastructure with Microsoft 365, Zelly helped the company to move to the cloud and at the same time acquire a secure mobile way of working. Today, Eyesec Larmteknik has constant and reliable access to its drawings, manuals and other important information regardless of where the employee is located.
Eyesec Larmteknik has streamlined its work and today saves both time and avoids unnecessary costs. The streamlining that the collaboration has entailed is also a great benefit for the environment, as the company no longer needs to take unnecessary detours to the office thanks to its new infrastructure.
