As structure and development have been two important factors in Rival’s successful work, Rival felt it was time for them to make some changes to their IT environment as it felt cluttered and a bit outdated – to help them, they chose Zelly as their IT provider.

Important for Rival is to always work efficiently, where they work both quickly and efficiently to always achieve the best results.
As structure and development have been two important factors in Rival’s successful work, Rival felt it was time for them to make some changes to their IT environment as it felt cluttered and a bit outdated – to help them, they chose Zelly as their IT provider.
To structure and secure Rival’s IT environment, Zelly chose to move their IT environment to the Microsoft cloud platform instead. There, their existing operating system was updated and their storage system and email solution were replaced with smart and secure solutions in the form of OneDrive and Exchange.
Challenge
Unstructured and cluttered IT environment, as their IT environment had not been updated for a long time. There were also several different IT suppliers involved for different purposes, e.g. one supplier for file storage, one for email solution etc… Which made it difficult to find things in their environment and difficult to keep track of usernames and passwords.
Solution
Moving to the Microsoft cloud platform (Microsoft 365) and updating their operating system to Windows 10.

Where they currently have all their IT services (email solution, file storage, etc.) gathered in one place with only one login.
