Netigate needed a modern cloud-based system support to simplify, improve and get real-time information, in one place. Netigate has built a solution based on Microsoft Cloud, which includes Power Bi. Power Bi is a tool that collects information from different systems and where you can structure data in an educational way in the form of dashboards to create a basis for making fact-based decisions.
Netigate’s business model is based on helping its customers make fact-based decisions using feedback from its survey tools. Internally, Netigate works continuously to improve the conditions for making fact-based decisions. Netigate needed a modern cloud-based system support to simplify, improve and get real-time information, in one place.
There was also a lack of tools to centrally manage both new and existing users and their devices such as mobile and desktop. This meant that all updates and installations had to be done manually, device by device, wasting precious time.

Since implementing Zelly’s solutions built on Microsoft 365, Netigate has gained better centralized control on all their devices. Where they can easily and securely manage all employee devices from just one device and in turn both save time and protect their data – creating a more secure and flexible IT environment at Netigate. In addition, through the smart tools, Netigate has managed to meet ISO standards, which has enabled them to gain even more customers.
