For a long time, Norron felt limitations with their old CRM system, which did not meet their changing needs for increased control, monitoring and reporting and data and activities, the solution was to switch to Dynamics 365 Sales Professional, a modular CRM that is integrated with their existing Microsoft environment.

Since the implementation of Dynamics 365, they can now gather all information such as customer, company, and sustainability information in one place. They can also send targeted marketing messages and easily create events in the Marketing section, to all their customers who they can easily reach from the Sales section. Since Teams, Outlook and SharePoint are a big part of Norron’s daily work, it felt like a natural step to switch to Sales Professional, which has integration to all Microsoft applications. So you can add information about customers in the CRM system or new leads already from your Outlook application. Everyone in the company now knows where to find information, which has helped to make it easier to create reports, which facilitates the daily work.

Integration with Microsoft apps: Since Teams, SharePoint and Outlook are a big part of Norron’s daily work, it seemed like a natural step to switch to Sales Professional, which has integration to Teams, SharePoint and Outlook and several other Microsoft applications.

 

Consolidated information: Everyone in the company now knows where to find information, which has helped to make it easier to create reports, which facilitates daily work.
