DM TAK felt the need to become more flexible in its work
– and therefore needed to change their current IT system. The choice of IT supplier fell on Zelly, which they thought gave a sense of commitment and responsiveness as well as confidence in their product as they offer their services completely without a binding period.
Recently, however, DM TAK has experienced a problem in their flexibility in their work, because they had their servers locally, which meant that they had to be in the office to access all their files.
This has also caused concern for DM TAK, as in the event of a fire or burglary, for example, they risk losing all their files that are stored locally.
DM TAK chose to use Zelly to find a solution to their problem. The choice of Zelly as an IT supplier was motivated by a sense of commitment, responsiveness and a desire to deliver the right product for the right purpose. This was because a thorough inspection of
the IT environment was carried out before presenting proposals for solutions.
After a properly conducted quote review, the step to Microsoft cloud was not difficult to take. Microsoft 365 is a long-term solution that covers all the needs of the SMB market.
– You really feel that Zelly wants to deliver a good product and a strong argument for this is that they do not have to use binding periods, as their purpose is to have us as a customer satisfied, it is natural that we still continue to have them as an IT supplier if we are satisfied, having this freedom gives a secure feeling, says Magda Lito, administrative manager at DM TAK.
For DM TAK, Zelly came up with the proposal to move everything up to the cloud by running on Microsoft 365 and make DM TAK ready for the new data protection regulation, GDPR. These IT solutions were to become as flexible in their work as possible while always being sure that all files are stored safely where you always have a backup of all your files.
