Rickard Rosén

I believe in assuming success in everything you do, which I try to apply in my leadership and entrepreneurship. I have gone through the tough sales school of life and have worked in the IT industry since 2007. Together with my co-founders, I saw a gap in the market to fill. To deliver user-friendly, high quality and modern cloud services, regardless of the size of the company. It was the start of an exciting journey that is far from over. My colleagues usually have to hold on because when you work with me, things move fast!

Interests/hobbies: On weekends I like to take the family out on adventures in the local area. It will be everything from ice skating, forest walks or adventures in the garden with the kids in the wheelbarrow. Will also be some fix in the garden and on the house. Golf is also a big interests but there was more of it before I had children.

Application I can’t be without: I get a lot of efficiency in my workday when I run Team Meetings!

Jenny Wiebe

I have an academic background with a Master’s degree in Management of International Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. I started my career at Microsoft EMEA office in Dublin where I worked as Corporate Account Executive. The experience from there has given me a good foundation to stand on in my current role where understanding the entire Microsoft Cloud is important as my team works on all Microsoft platforms. I am interested in relationships and my strengths as a leader are that I am responsive, that I trying and wanting to understand. I like the team and to develop as a leader it is important for me to be close to the organization and my team. Only then can I gain an understanding of how the teams work and then make better decisions. I think it is important that leaders realize the importance of be a good role model, that’s when you build the team. When there is a team dinner, I like to have a finger in the game what to order so I can try everything that sounds good on the menu!

Interests/Hobbies: Once a horse girl, always a horse girl. So spends a lot of time in the stable but also at the gym. Traveling and discovering new places is my driving force and if I get to do it with friends and family, I am at my happiest.

Favorite Microsoft application: Power BI, the ability to visualize data to be able to analyze and make right decisions is a superpower.

Magnus Persson

I have a background as an IT consultant and Citrix specialist. At Zelly we have I’ve done most things on the technical side but enjoy my current role where I get to coach support and operations technicians in their work.

Interests/Hobbies: Love to golf on early Sunday mornings, the rest of the time to spend with my fiancée and our 2 children.

Karl Jernström

I have a background characterized by IT, customer relations and B2B where I have previously worked at one of the world’s largest distributors and one of Sweden’s largest IT reseller. As Senior Cloud Advisor I am a consultative advisor to both existing and new clients. I constantly make sure that my technical knowledge is updated through various certifications and events. organization, I also have the honorable role of chairing the celebration committee and making sure we celebrate our successes in the best way possible!

Interests/Hobbies: As long as it’s a few degrees above zero, it’s golf for the whole the slant, slightly addicted to hitting balls on the range! Winter time is played the very padel. The gym is with me all year round.

I go internally under nicknamed Captain Krook as I am the captain of our soccer team FCZ.

Kim Ullberg

I most recently came from a position where I worked more technically with IT, everything from project managing RPA projects to building simpler flows in Power Automate. Before that, I have always worked with sales and have sold everything from drills to stoves. I really appreciate the feeling of finding the right product/service adapted to the customer’s needs. Identifying a frequently recurring process to automate can save many valuable hours for one or more users.

Olle Lagerqvist

From Norrköping and Pernillabacken, skiing led me out into the world. After 5 years in the ski world, including as a destination manager and off-piste guide in Japan, new challenges attracted me and I went back to school. After 3 years on the Marketing Management program at Jönköping University and a time in the marketing world, I met Rickard Rosén, CEO of Zelly, and the management team at Aderian group during a trip to Japan. The rest is history!

In my role as Microsoft Program Manager, I am responsible for supporting, managing and developing the customer’s journey within Cloud and contributing to a stronger value creation through close collaboration with Microsoft.

Simon Campelo

I have a broad IT background in several areas, ranging from traditional IT, Teamleader, Citrix, Azure and Microsoft 365 which has been the focus in recent years. Working with customers in both small and large projects is really exciting, no two projects are the same which is very motivating. The best thing is to be able to help customers with everyday problems with smooth IT solutions and to always deliver that little extra. Always appreciated! A lot of football has also occurred over the years and already day one at Zelly they have tried to recruit me to the football team, they do not seem to have understood the situation that the shoes are on the shelf, the challenge for them is to demolish that shelf;)

Alexander Westring

I have a bachelor’s degree in logistics from Linköping University. Since graduation, I have mainly worked with controlling and business analysis, both in retail and grocery trade. With analysis as a common denominator, I found my calling in business intelligence in general and Power BI in particular after several years of struggling in Excel. In my spare time, I play raven soccer and enjoy hanging out with family and friends.

Emelie Stålhem

I come most recently from AdRelevance and then worked as a Paid Media Specialist with advertising on Google & Social Media for a number of retail companies. Before that, I was Marketing Manager at Gibon, which is an IT company. I have a broad competence in marketing, where I love to create and be creative. But also setting strategy for digital marketing where data and analysis are also an important part of the digital journey.

Interests/Hobbies: In everyday life I love training in different forms, gym, kickboxing and other fun. Otherwise, I spend a lot of time with my family & friends and love to discover new things with them. Traveling with my loved ones is the best thing I know!

Robin Hedberg

I started at Zelly as an intern during my YH training as Cloud Advisor. This was when the company was just starting up and I came in as one of the the first employees. From then to today has been an exciting journey where I have been involved in building sales from the ground up. I have a strong interest in technology that has been useful along the way. The is also worth mentioning that I am the competition manager for our internal golf competition Zelly Open, a task I take very seriously!

Robin Bremsén

When I joined my first employer in the IT industry, I was asked if I could take responsibility for Microsoft license sales. Several people in the room laughed when I answered yes and quickly realized that this would be a challenge. Today, I am very happy that I took on this responsibility as it was the start of my relationship with Microsoft. After many years as an employee both at Microsoft partners and at Microsoft, I am very happy with my work as Customer Success Manager at Zelly.
I am passionate about showing customers the value of Microsoft’s products and services and lifting customers’ opportunities with the help of IT to new heights.

I have a background as an accountant where I have encountered many different businesses and challenges that have given me a lot of perspective. Finance for me is so much more than debit and credit. What attracted me to Zelly was having great insight and influence over the entire business process and getting to work at a digital company. I’m usually told that I’m too social to be a CFO. But when the financial statements are due or the results are to be presented, there is silence.

Robert Hellman

I had several years of experience in IT support before I stepped in front of the doors at Zelly. Here I have had the honor of being Team Lead for the Service Desk but now I’m a technician in our exciting business area Business Applications. I like when things are neat and organized, and I’ve become Zelly’s unofficial handyman at the office. I do also have a few to many soccer jerseys at home, it’s been a bit of a hobby of mine to collect them.. Glad to add FCZ jersey for the collection (Zellys raven law).

When I was training as an IT Security Specialist at Xenter I did my internship at Zelly. When I was offered a position, I was quick to say Yes! Support Technician is a broad and varied role where I get to talk to customers from all over the world. It’s especially fun when you get to show a customer a new function that they had not previously used. I am called the butcher in the office, take me to a Black Jack table and I’ll show you why

My favorite part is when you can solve the customer’s case quickly and elegantly but I don’t give up easily when difficult cases come in. I do not made my debut in the FZC (soccer crust team) before my first day at Zelly, don’t know if it was an unofficial final recruitment test or not but I seem to have made a positive impact even before my first day.

I have a double bachelor’s degree in Innovation Technology and Management where I then chose to do my Master’s degree in Management. When I finally stepped out into the working world, I quickly got stuck in the ITindustry where I have worked with recruitment, marketing, internal development projects and communication. I identify with entrepreneurship, having grown up with a In the office, I am the one who establishes different expressions and abbreviations. Been a bit of a “computer nerd” as long as I can remember, hence the choice of industry was very obvious to me when it came to working life. Even though I initially worked with sales of IT, I have now changed focus and now go all in as a technician. When colleagues talk about me, they probably talk mostly about efficiency and maybe energy, I like to be the first in the office and get as much as I can out of the days.

Interests/hobbies: I have a great interest in cooking and rarely say no to a padelmatch. During the winter months, you can find me on the ski slopes or off-piste.

I have followed the traditional ITcareer path via the service desk. When Zelly launched its Dynamics 365 & Power initiative Platfrom it became natural to invest in it. Partly because I like systems and automations but also because I got André Isberg as my mentor. Usually called Isberg Junior by my colleagues, an honorable nickname! That we also have the same glasses is just a coincidence. What I like most about my job is when you find a smart function or flow that simplifies things for users. I also like that I get listen to an unlimited amount of dance music.

I traveled from Småland to get my bachelor’s degree in business administration at School of Economics at the University of Gothenburg. He then continued his journey to Stockholm and a career in sales. After some great conversations with Cellys CEO decided I decided to send in a spontaneous application and the rest is history. I am the responsible for sales and development of our rapidly growing business area business area Dynamics 365/Power Platform. As an account manager I advise in our customers’ questions regarding their current and desired business processes and how system support can streamline their operations. In the background of my team meetings you can sometimes hear my dog Harry trying to steal the show. Good thing he’s cute…

Charlotte Lindberg

Before joining Zelly, I have worked at Microsoft for the last 6.5 years. Both as a technical advisor in presales and most recently, as a Customer Engineer, in postsales. As a Customer Engineer, I focused on Intune as a product and held technical workshops, consulting, implementation of shorter and longer customer projects.

Working in a global role but sitting alone in Sweden, everyday life became quite boring – and Zelly became the obvious choice!

Got wind of Zelly through my twin brother who had applied for a position here, so when a suitable position was posted, I was quick to apply. I have a traditional IT support background which is a good foundation to stand on in my current role as Cloud Technician within Modern Workplace. Working in customer projects is both educational and challenging. My favorite part is the contact with the end users. All of them should contribute something to a workplace and I have taken the role of the one who rarely say no to an aw. Feels good to be able to contribute 😉

Print was the gateway to my ÍT career where, after a few different technology services has given me a broad foundation to stand on. As a Cloud Technician within Mordern Workplace it’s about being the best when it counts, that is, the live setting of a new environment. Even when I get challenge a colleague to a ping-pong match and, at best, go back to your desk as the winner!

Jonathan Sabelström

I have employee number 1 at Zelly and have therefore been here from day one. I have been a technology geek since first contact in childhood and have worked in industry since my first employment. I would even venture to say that I was at the cloud products early on when they were lasered. My colleagues seem to think that I am Shurgard, it’s this and that that they want to store at my house. Apparently it’s not enough to be the Architect of the server storage…

Interests/hobbies: In my spare time I like to glide around in the boat under in summer and cross-country skiing in winter. In spring it is usually training for the Stockholm Marathon.

I started my career as a support engineer at a startup that focused on on delivering a Citrix platform to SMB and have since moved on to various roles as operations engineer and TAM. At Zelly I have continued in these footsteps but stepped into the cloud. I would perhaps say that the most fun is that we are at the forefront and ensure that our customers have the latest in Azure. I am particularly pleased when I get to talk to customers and find solutions that they feel really happy with.

Joakim Härsing

I started at Zelly as a sales intern but I realized pretty quickly that it’s more fun to answer incoming calls where someone wanted my help than cold outgoing calls, so I quickly switched to the service desk. After few years there, it was time for a new challenge and today I am mainly with our Modern Security Service. Much joking at my expense internally about my I have to put up with Åkersberga as a place of residence, but I will not be broken down bythe people of Värmdö.

Sofia Gränd-Bäck

Right after I graduated in communication and marketing at Stockholm University, I jumped on the Zelly train. Zelly looked a little different when I started, as Zelly was only 1 year old and has therefore grown a lot since then. I have been and still am a bit of a jack of all trades when it comes to Zelly’s marketing department where I have worked with everything from web, brand awareness and content marketing etc.

Interests/hobbies: Great interest in skiing, where I have a dream of living in the Alps sometime in life. Otherwise, padel and tennis are very close to my heart, where I like to spend a few hours a week.

Alexander Hansson

It all started in Uddevalla when the teenage boy disassembled dad’s new Pioneer stereo, a few years later my Playstation 1 got a round too! Managed to get both together after many ifs and buts, ran to the parents and explained how the technology was built and worked, my way. Whether my parents really appreciated the situation does not tell the story. I think the situation has shaped me to what I love to do today, pull down the complexity of advanced technology and explain and show how it actually works and what value it provides. I think it’s an important component as today’s technology is difficult to navigate sometimes.

Since 2011, I have trained and built strategies for management teams, IT departments and users in Microsoft solutions. In other words, supported companies on their digital journey at various levels. Worked many years at Microsoft as a solution specialist, was involved when Office 365 was launched, then continued out into the partner level and the latest effort was at a Microsoft training partner. Has lectured and conducts workshops in Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, GDPR etc. against both private and public sectors
In my role at Zelly, I work to increase but also to provide the right knowledge around Microsoft technology to our customers. Support management teams and users in their journey with modern technology, find the right activity that provides an increased level of maturity and confidence in the use of technology. This is combined with the fact that together we also find new technologies that are cost-effective and provide positive benefits for the organization.

Interests/Hobbies: Adventures with family beats everything. Otherwise, I am an old tennis player where I try to be active even today! When the conditions are good, I like to put on my life jacket and trim the sails right on the lake.

I have an academic education in finance and have always been interested in working with finance. In previous workplaces, I have had very varied roles ranging from salespeople in small companies to site manager at a large padel facility in Spain. Zelly attracted me immediately as I have a great interest in finance and trying new things. Colleagues and environment contribute to a fantastic atmosphere in the workplace and I really look forward to my future at Zelly.

I am a goal-oriented and committed person with a background in economics and business studies. Over the years, I have gained experience in sales in several different industries, and most recently I worked at a major IT company.

I came into contact with Zelly through my current manager, who recruited me through mutual contacts from a previous employer. When I first heard about Zelly, my curiosity was immediately aroused and today I feel very grateful to be part of the journey and develop together with the company. Sales is something I am passionate about, especially the opportunity to build strong relationships and the creation of solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Interests/hobbies: In my spare time you can find me either at the gym, out on the lake with my fishing rod, behind the DJ booth or on the tennis court.
