Challenge
The workshop started with an open needs analysis where OnePartnerGroup described their current process and challenges. Together, they identified clear efficiency gains and estimated time savings with an agent as support.
Solution
Then we went straight into the practical work:
- We built the agent structure and instructions
- We integrated tools and relevant knowledge sources, including past successful ads
- We tested the agent in real-time, fine-tuned the responses and optimized the instructions through careful prompt engineering
The result
OnePartnerGroup has now started internal testing with a test group using the agent in their daily work. The response is positive and the organization is looking forward to rolling out the solution more widely to free up time, increase quality and create a more uniform experience.
