The main objective of the mission was to achieve a secure, modernized and flexible way of working that would help Eyesec save time and access its information safely everywhere.
Most people who have parked their car in a garage or parking facility have probably heard the name Parkman at some point.
Parkman is a Swedish-owned company that operates several parking facilities and garages around Sweden.
One of Parkman’s highest priorities within the company has always been to advocate good service, personal contact and a desire to always be able to offer its customers the market’s latest technology solutions. However, in order to offer accessibility and personal relationships in the most efficient way, an important part for Parkman is to also be able to work everywhere. This was an obstacle for Parkman as their IT environment was locked to the office. They were thus dependent on being physically on site to be able to carry out their work as they otherwise lacked access to their systems.
The solution was to move Parkman’s IT environment to Microsoft 365, where a workplace solution was tailored to Parkman’s needs. And everyone could easily communicate with each other via the Teams tool.

Teams has been a very good platform for this. Since implementing Microsoft 365, Parkman has seen an increase in productivity, with the ability to work anywhere, anytime and access all information. This means they can now work smarter and get more done. It is also secure and efficient, with all data safely backed up in reliable data centers and the standardized workplace set up in minutes instead of days.
The solution has also contributed to a more cost-effective and environmentally friendly everyday life, where they are not dependent on going into the office but can access their files everywhere from Microsoft applications. In this way, they avoid unnecessary transportation costs and unnecessary environmental emissions.
