With our free Azure Speedstart workshop, we conduct a thorough analysis and mapping of your existing IT infrastructure, whether it consists of physical or virtual systems. We identify and adapt to your specific needs and requirements to deliver an understanding of how Microsoft cloud services can be adapted for your business.

As part of the analysis, we look at your existing environment. We perform a performance-based analysis to provide an accurate cost picture of a possible move to Azure. This analysis provides a picture of the actual resource utilization of your servers, as opposed to the performance they are actually allocated. It is common for environments to be oversized, and to create a cost-effective environment in Azure, it is important to adapt the solution to your actual needs.

Azure Speedstart provides you with an understanding of how Azure can be utilized and optimized to meet your needs and requirements. We deliver a report that includes an overview of your existing infrastructure, a cost picture of moving to Azure, identified risks and opportunities, scope of migration and transformation projects and suggestions for next steps.
Our delivery process includes an information-based data collection to get a more accurate picture of your environment. For smaller environments with up to 5 servers, the collection can be done manually.
The workshop is carried out over a period of four weeks and includes the following steps:
Start-up: We either install a temporary solution in your environment to collect information (in case of agent-based information collection) or ensure that we have the necessary access for manual collection.
Workshop: During a workshop we discuss your needs and requirements. We now have access to information about your environment and can jointly specify what is within the scope of a possible migration or transformation. We can also address existing problems and issues at this stage.
Presentation: We present the produced report and discuss the appropriate next steps based on the analysis results.
