Zelly AB forms a new group, Nordic IT Group, together with the investment company Capillar Equity. The aim is to bring together the unique competencies of service companies in the IT industry in Sweden. The goal is to become a leader in IT operations and services. Zelly can thus broaden its offering and existing customer relationships can continue to grow.
As a customer, you remain safe with Zelly as your IT partner. Secure deliveries, local anchoring, strong brands and partners continue to the same extent as before.

Capillar Equity, as a strategic partner with financial strength, has gathered the service companies into this nationwide group that will be a leader in IT operations and services to small and medium-sized companies. Together, the assignments can be expanded at both national and international level with a focus on IT and application operations, infrastructure, cloud services, security and digitization.
Mia Åslander joins as President and CEO of Nordic IT Group:
– During 20 years in the IT industry, I have gained experience in building strong internal cultures and well-functioning teams, which I will contribute to Nordic IT Group. I know that creating the right conditions for others to succeed leads to success.
Mia Åslander comes most recently from Gibon Sweden where she was also CEO. The board of Nordic IT Group includes Johan de Verdier; 30 years of experience in IT with a background in Iver, Candidator, Enfo Sweden, Zipper and others.
Nordic IT Group initially has around 210 employees and a combined turnover of around SEK 500 million. The Group has a clear growth strategy: organically and through partnerships/acquisitions of local IT companies.
Capillar holds approximately 50% of the shares. Former principal owners of the service companies thus retain significant ownership.
