Zelly’s certified technicians are available to answer questions related to the services within Azure and to handle any problems. If necessary, the case is escalated to Microsoft and we drive the dialog with technicians on their side, for a smooth handling. Cases are easily registered through cloudops@zelly.se

Monitoring of activity logs

Zelly collects and monitors the activity logs within Azure and ensures that the history is stored in accordance with the company’s compliance requirements. With Microsoft Sentinel, the logs are analyzed from a security perspective, in order to identify and report any anomalies.

Monthly report

With Zelly’s monthly report, you stay in control of the environment. We report key figures such as cost development to easily identify deviations and follow developments.
