That’s exactly what we want to show during the Zelly AI Tour, an inspirational and AW event for those who want to take the next step with AI. Zelly is the first stop on the Aderian AI Tour, which will then continue around Sweden, with the aim of making AI more concrete, more useful – and more real.
In an afternoon filled with customer cases, live demos and practical insights, we’re bringing together experts from Zelly, Microsoft, Skanska and Zensai to show how AI actually makes a difference. For real.
We start with a simple lunch, round off with AW and create plenty of space for dialog, mingle and deepening.

Skanska – a real-life customer case
How to balance innovation with compliance in a complex organization? Skanska shares a concrete customer case with lessons learned around governance, regulation and information security. We also discuss why structured data is a crucial piece of the puzzle to take the next step with AI.
Talk show: How safe is safe, really?
In a more relaxed talk show format, we talk about information security linked to AI and agents. What new risks are emerging? How to build governance, policies and a secure framework – without slowing down innovation?
Upskilling & adoption – maximizing the value of AI
AI is not just about technology, but about people. We talk about how to build the right skills in AI, security and Microsoft 365 over time, and how training and adoption are crucial to actually get value out of the venture – supported by Zelly Academy.
AI roulette: you choose the idea, we build the agent live
From idea to reality – live on stage. Together, we’ll show you how to start small, scale up to AI agents and WorkIQ, and build the right structure for governance, management and control. We also present our Agent Operations Center (AOC) for monitoring and managing the entire agent landscape. To conclude, we vibe code live with GitHub Copilot in an AI roulette where the audience controls which agent is built.
