By adding Viva Connections to Teams, we get an app that can have your organization’s logo and branding and at the same time directly gives you a shortcut to your intranet. But Viva Connections is much more than just an app in Teams, through a dashboard you get the opportunity to set up smart integrations and add links that can be targeted to selected users and groups in the organization. In the dashboard, you can add simple links with info about, for example, new work routines or more smart solutions where you can retrieve information from the HR system about the number of vacation days or show tasks where you are expected to give answers.

Viva Connections is included in all M365 licenses with SharePoint Online. Making it a service that is included in your current Microsoft Cloud offering. This includes

• Workshop where we go through tools you use today to communicate and work. It is important that we understand your challenges today and how Viva Connections can help your organization to simplify and strengthen communication and collaboration. The service is mobile friendly.
• Implementation of Viva Connections is done according to Zelly best practices together with your organization’s graphic profile that gives you a personalized interface. We create the SharePoint template and framework and you are responsible for all content you want on the intranet. Then we have a workshop where we fill in the template with your content.
• Viva Connections and Teams training to get all employees informed and engaged with your new intranet
