The challenge was to find a cloudbased IT- platform that can offer a 360 view of the business need like Business applications, modern workplace and infrastructure.
Very important that the employees have easy access due to a lot of time out in the fields.

iQFuel is a new player in the energy drinks industry. By removing the mentioned ”dangerous” substances, they have a unique product that does not require the age limit of their competitors.

They want to reach the market against the serious athletes and also the younger generation. With icons such as NHL Stars Nicklas Bäckström (Washington Capitals) and Jesper Bratt (New Jersy devils) joining the company and investors from Björn Borg, there are high expectations. iQFuel is under strong growth and is already entering Finland and Asia with its products iQFuel wanted a modern, secure, user-friendly and scalable IT platform that was cloud-based with tools like ERP, CRM, Collaboration and infrastructure.
As iQFuel employees is almost always out in the field, wich makes it important to have access to information and applications like CRM, ERP and collaboration tools to enable a simple, secure and efficient workplace. But also for CxOs to follow sales, order and delivery close.

Since we have a broad ownership in the company, the board meetings are very focused on KPIs where we need to be able to see how sales actually go, using the Badger tool we bought into the Microsoft Store, we can pick out what key figures we want from the platform with the help by Power BI.

With Microsoft’s various platforms, we can now measure the business in real time. Seller’s activities are visible immediately when they are completed and are in phase according to budget, invoicing and product accounting measured in Power Bi so that we see the development of the company and sales.

Norron kände under en längre tid begränsningar med sitt gamla CRM-system, som inte levde upp till deras ändrade behov av krav på ökad kontroll, bevakning och rapportering och data och aktiviteter, lösningen blev att byta till Dynamics 365 Sales Professional, ett modulbyggt CRM som är integrerat med deras befintliga Microsoft miljö.
