AI<\/strong> was a clear and recurring theme throughout the day and is a strategically important part of Aderian Group’s direction going forward. The conversations were about how we together build competence, create structure and translate AI into real value – both internally and for our customers. Through joint initiatives, we continue to strengthen our position and develop as a group. <\/p>\n\n After the conference, the day continued with mingling, games and conversations<\/strong>, where colleagues from different companies had the opportunity to meet across borders and make new contacts.<\/p>\n\n As the evening progressed, we did something very special. Together we walked in a torchlight procession from the Waterfront to the City Hall<\/strong>, a powerful and symbolic moment that truly reflected the community within the Aderian Group. The evening continued with an unforgettable dinner in the Blue Hall<\/strong>, followed by a party in the Golden Hall<\/strong>, where the atmosphere reached its climax with a live performance by Kaliffa<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n During the evening, several Aderian Awards<\/strong> were presented to individuals and teams who contribute to the development of Aderian Group in various ways. It was particularly gratifying that Zelly, together with sister companies, managed to snatch two of the prizes<\/strong> – a clear confirmation of the strength of collaboration across company boundaries. <\/p>\n\n Most Value Adding Business Case<\/strong> The award went to a project that shows what happens when Aderian Group’s mission becomes reality. By gathering expertise from several companies, the customer team has carried out one of our most strategically important deliveries, where the customer’s IT landscape has been transformed into a common Microsoft-based platform within Modern Work, Azure, Dynamics and Data & BI. A work based on cooperation, trust and shared responsibility – and which clearly shows why Aderian Group is stronger together. <\/p>\n\n Innovation Award<\/strong> The second award went to the Aderian AI Academy<\/strong>, an initiative that clearly shows how Aderian Group is taking the lead in AI development. Through clear leadership and a common structure for how we develop, share and use AI, the initiative has built knowledge across the group, strengthened our partnership with Microsoft and created new opportunities for future business value. <\/p>\n\n <\/p>\n\n Aderian Takeoff 2026 was more than a kickoff.
