Women In Cloud Sweden is a cross-industry initiative with the goal of creating a more inclusive and equal cloud industry. According to the same survey, but focusing on female managers, only 29% in the tech industry <span style=\"color: #000000;\">(<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.techsverige.se\/om-oss-2\/statistik\/statistik-kvinnor-och-man\/\">TechSverige, 2022<\/a>)<\/span> <\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"SV-SE\" xml:lang=\"SV-SE\" data-contrast=\"auto\">But the IT industry contains many different parts where this initiative has been to focus on the Swedish cloud industry. It is also a part of the IT industry with a high rate of development and change where new technologies such as AI are entering and where security is becoming increasingly important.   <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559739\":160,\"335559740\":259}\"> <\/span><\/p><p><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559739\":160,\"335559740\":259}\"><span lang=\"SV-SE\" data-contrast=\"auto\">According to Tech Sweden&#8217;s latest report, between 2024 and 2028, approximately 18,000 specialists in tech will be needed annually, where, among other things, cloud skills are in high demand according to the charts in their report<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.techsverige.se\/2024\/02\/ny-rapport-sverige-behover-arligt-tillskott-av-18-000-specialister-inom-tech-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span lang=\"SV-SE\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span data-ccp-charstyle=\"Hyperlink\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(TechSverige, 2024)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><span lang=\"SV-SE\" data-contrast=\"auto\">.
